How accurate is my quote? Our quote builder is only as accurate as the address provided and the mapping tools ability to assess your location. If you choose to book your tow, an actual person will contact you to verify the information and quote amount. The pricing and booking are not final until we contact you to verify your tow details.
I am not at an address, how do I know where I am? If you open Google Maps, click on the map next to the blue dot indicating your location to drop a pin. Now scroll down and you will see lattitude/longitude information for your dropped pin which will look like (47.4799364, -118.2622047). When you click on the latitude/longitude it will copy it to your clipboard, now return to the Quote Builder and click the Custom Location button and paste the latitude/longitude into the box. The parentheses and space after the comma will need to be removed for our system to recognize the coordinates so it will look like 47.4799364,-118.2622047.
What if I use Apple Maps? Similar can be done with Apple Maps but the coordinates will need changed from a format of 47.47993° N, 118.26220° W to a decimal of 47.47993,-118.26220 where a S Latitude or W Longitude need preceded by a negative “-“.
When will the tow truck show up? We typically schedule tows within 2 hours of request during business days but it may take up to 24 hours for non-emergency tows. Occasionally weather, traffic volume, or truck availability may extend timeframes, but we will keep you informed of any changes to scheduling after booking.

My vehicle is rolled/in the ditch/in an accident/etc can I use the quote tool? Our quote tool is for non-emergency towing during regular business hours, typically from a residence, parking lot, or business to a home or shop. It does not cover immediate towing needs, accidents, winching, vehicles obstructing roadways, after hours assistance, hazardous weather conditions, or other roadside calamities.
